(hereinafter the \u201cCoach\u201d, platform Ivarjishe) and the program user (hereinafter the \u201cClient\u201d). By purchasing a package, the Client agrees to the terms listed below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6739f9d atl-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6739f9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Description of the Service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-363e92d atl-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"363e92d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ivarjishe offers individual training and nutrition programs in an online format. The contents of each package (program, nutrition plan, video instructions, check-ins, support) are described on the home page, in the \u201cPackages\u201d section.<\/p><p>The program is prepared based on the information provided by the Client (goals, health condition, experience, schedule, available equipment). If incomplete or inaccurate information is provided, the effectiveness of the program may be reduced.<\/p><p>The service is delivered remotely. Communication takes place via WhatsApp or Instagram messaging.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0168daa atl-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0168daa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Prices, Payment and Installments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-562f5ad atl-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"562f5ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Current prices are listed on the home page and are given in Georgian lari (\u20be). The price is fixed at the moment of purchase\/agreement \u2014 any later price change does not affect a package that has already been purchased.<\/p><p>Ivarjishe offers two public services: the \u201cIndependent Plan\u201d \u2014 a one-time purchase priced at \u20be199; and \u201c1:1 Coaching\u201d \u2014 a collaboration of at least 3 months, with no fixed public price. The exact format and fee of coaching are determined individually, before the collaboration begins, based on clarifying qualifications\/requirements.<\/p><p>The coaching fee can be paid in full or according to an agreed schedule (in installments). A payment schedule is not a subscription that can be cancelled at any time \u2014 the minimum 3-month commitment applies regardless of whether the Client pays the full amount or in installments.<\/p><p>Work on the program\/coaching begins after payment is confirmed and the necessary steps (including, where applicable, the relevant consents) are completed. The specific payment method and details are sent to the Client by message.<\/p><p>Preparation of the personalized plan begins once all necessary information has been received from the Client (questionnaire answers). The initial plan is prepared within 24 hours of receiving this information in full.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ad5833 atl-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8ad5833\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ba5894 atl-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ba5894\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Statutory right of withdrawal and contractual policy.<\/strong> This clause distinguishes between two things: (a) the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal\/cancellation, where applicable, and (b) Ivarjishe's contractual policy. These terms do not restrict or override the mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.<\/p><p><strong>Before personalized work begins.<\/strong> Where permitted by law and subject to the relevant conditions, a refund is possible if the Client withdraws before work on the program has begun.<\/p><p><strong>After personalized work\/service has begun.<\/strong> Once the Coach has begun individual work (including preparing the program\/plan based on the Client's data), any refund\/withdrawal will be considered in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law, the work already performed, the personalized material already prepared\/delivered, and the principles of proportional compensation provided by law.<\/p><p><strong>Request\/consent for early performance.<\/strong> At the time of payment, the Client may be asked for additional consent that performance of the personalized service will begin after payment, before the statutory withdrawal period has expired. The Client agrees that the start or performance of the service may affect the statutory right of withdrawal and to a refund.<\/p><p><strong>After the statutory withdrawal period.<\/strong> The minimum 3-month collaboration in 1:1 coaching remains a contractual obligation. The Client's voluntary decision to stop participating does not automatically give rise to a full or partial refund for the remaining period.
