Real transformations from my clients —
before starting and after completing the program
If you're still on the fence about starting, we've all been there. Everything is hard at first — it's just a matter of time. Isn't that true of everything?
Let me tell you about myself — as a kid I was very thin and couldn't eat much, no matter how hard I tried. Little by little that changed: during puberty, along with the usual hormonal shifts, my appetite regulation got thrown off too. I gained weight quickly and lost confidence in my own body.
It really got to me — I felt like everyone was watching me, at school, out in public…
That's when I decided to change. I told myself, let's do this — and started training wherever I could: in the street, in the park, in the yard. We simply didn't have a gym nearby :D
I quickly realized that enthusiasm and drive alone weren't enough — I needed real knowledge, an understanding of how my body worked, what it adapted to, and what it didn't. I was also playing basketball at the time and needed that understanding for that too.
Over the years I studied, experimented, and tested different methods on myself. That journey taught me there's no single universal formula for body transformation.
But things didn't go quite as I expected — my health let me down, and I ended up spending two months in the hospital. Coming out of it, I lost exactly the thing that had brought me the most joy.
But genuine interest always finds its way through. Beyond helping other athletes, I developed a much deeper interest in the human being as a whole.
This experience taught me that changing your body isn't only about appearance. Health, nutrition, sleep, and daily habits are all connected, and your mental state reflects that.
So, if you ask me, training isn't just about a good-looking physique — it helps you find yourself.
For you, if you know you can follow a well-structured plan on your own.
For those who don't just need a plan — you need control, adjustments, and my personal involvement throughout the entire process.
1:1 Coaching is a minimum 3-month commitment and requires real involvement from both sides throughout the process.
Message me directly — in 15 minutes we'll figure out together which program is right for you and where to start.
The independent plan is a one-time purchase — you get a complete, personalized workout and nutrition program with video instructions, and then follow the process on your own.
Coaching is a living system: weekly check-ins, technique analysis, plan updates, and direct communication with me. The difference isn't in the content — it's in the support.
Ask yourself a simple question: has the problem been knowledge, or execution?
If you know what to do — you just need a properly structured system. — The independent plan is for you. You have the experience, you have the discipline — you just need the right direction.
If, until now, you've started more than once and dropped off along the way each time Your motivation dropped, your schedule got disrupted, an injury got in the way, or you just couldn't keep going alone — that's exactly where the program supports you instead of just tracking you. That's the real difference: the moments that used to make you quit are now what keeps you moving forward.
The plan is built entirely around you, based on your answers in the intake questionnaire — your weight, height, past injuries, work schedule, gym access, and eating habits are all taken into account. You choose which foods you eat (if you have specific preferences, we factor those in while avoiding anything that risks injury), and your calories and protein are set based on your weight and goal.
If you're a beginner, that's not a problem — it's an advantage. We start with a step-by-step format, so you don't have to unlearn bad habits. Every exercise comes with a video explanation, so from day one you know exactly what you're doing and how.
No, you won't go hungry — and that's a principle, not a sacrifice. A hungry person can't stick to a plan: they hold out for two weeks and fall apart in the third. That's exactly why I don't write those harsh, starvation-style regimens that are so easy to break.
No, you don't. The plan is built around regular, accessible foods, with portion sizes that fit your routine and room for the foods you enjoy. The goal isn't to starve yourself — it's to build a system that fits into your life, because that's what actually produces lasting results, not extreme restriction.
No. The program can be designed for home with minimal equipment, with no equipment, or for the gym — depending on where and how you prefer to train.
A workout usually takes 45-60 minutes, 3-5 times a week — built around your schedule. If you have less time, I prioritize consistency over the ideal session length. Nutrition doesn't take extra time either — it's the same food, just measured out correctly.
The first thing you'll notice usually isn't visual — it's how you feel. Within the first 2-3 weeks you'll typically have more energy day to day, sleep better, and feel a shift in your overall mood. These changes are often what turns this into a lasting habit.
The visual change — what you'll see in the mirror and in photos — usually becomes noticeable within 8-12 weeks. The exact timing depends on how closely you follow the plan, how your body responds, and your starting point.
With the independent plan You track your own progress — using the instructions in the plan, you periodically assess your weight, measurements, and photos. With 1:1 coaching We do this together: at weekly check-ins, we see the change objectively, even when the mirror doesn't show it yet — and that's exactly what protects you at the moment most people give up.
After payment, I'll send you a detailed questionnaire so I can understand exactly your goal, experience, schedule, health, and dietary preferences.
Within 24 hours of receiving all the necessary information, you'll get your complete plan. For now, we communicate on WhatsApp (until the app is added) — you send me videos of your workouts and I tell you what to correct, and if anything is unclear or you have a question, just message me.
Payment is made by bank transfer (TBC, BOG). The "Independent Plan" is a one-time payment of ₾199. There is no fixed public price for 1:1 coaching — the collaboration lasts at least 3 months, and the exact format and investment are determined individually before we start, based on your goals and needs.
This is probably the most important question — and it's exactly where most diets fail. They work while they last, but people don't understand why they work, so once the diet ends they return to old habits and the results disappear.
My goal isn't just to deliver results. It's that by the end of the program you understand how your body responds — how much to eat, how to train, and how to adjust when something changes. That way you keep your results even without me.
In 1:1 coaching, this is exactly what we work on — throughout our collaboration I gradually help you understand and monitor your own progress, so that after the diet ends, the knowledge and experience stay with you.
No — nobody can guarantee a specific physical result, and anyone who promises one is either lying to you or knows nothing. Results are individual and depend on how closely you follow the plan, your starting point, consistency, sleep, lifestyle, and other personal factors.
What I do guarantee is my commitment: a properly built system, regular monitoring, and adjustments whenever needed. If you follow the process, the results come — the pace just differs from person to person.
